The implementation of New Relic enables Supeo to monitor Sitra installations and be proactive in correcting errors. If for example a glitch occurs on a server, Supeo can monitor and even correct before the customer discovers that something has been wrong. This effectively optimises the server uptimes, thus ensuring that the service level agreements with customers are upheld fully.
